Alan Saunders: Well, a very basic question to begin with: what is neuroethics?
Neil Levy: I guess the easiest way to think of neuroethics is on the model of bioethics. Bioethics is the discipline that’s concerned with a set of ethical questions and philosophical questions that arise from new medical sciences, or from the application of the medical sciences. Neuroethics is the discipline concerned with the ethical and philosophical questions that arise out of the sciences of the mind.
